As a former international student, Jericson has insights in how international students' tick. Being in the education industry for more than 7 years, he has almost a decade of experience in how international students respond to different changes in the industry. He has helped create programs and campaigns to help international students with their course, PR pathway, accommodation, visas, and more.

Starting his career as an intern all the way to becoming a manager, he provides guidance to other international students in their chosen career.
